There are no hidden, or unexpected costs. Engagement costs are agreed between business and specialist - we recommend them to be outcome-aligned.
Everything is explained clearly to you in advance, ensuring you never exceed your budgets.
For Ambitious Businesses
Success fee only
Example: We help a business work with a specialist for a duration of 3 months. Project Brains will charge the business £249 + 3x £49 = £396 total (plus tax)
For recurring users, or businesses that want to fill several needs at once, we offer monthly/ yearly subscription plans. Please contact us to learn more.
For Specialists
Contract based fee
When starting a new engagement with Project Brains, the Specialist may chose to pay either 20% of billings (community option) or £29/month + 10% of billings (premium subscription option).
A specific package is available for UK IR35 or similar arrangement. Please contact us to learn more. Also, all prices are excluding applicable taxes.
